Media coverage of the debut album Radio Friendly from our resident singer-songwriter James Lowe included a live session & interview on daytime BBC Radio Scotland, plus press/airplay/interviews on Northsound One, Original, XFM, Edinburgh Evening News, Folk Radio UK. While in Europe snowboarding, we even took time to secure airplay on 7 radio stations across the French Alps! Via our collaborations with clients and producers, we've also secured coverage for The Elemental Kitchen in various media including BBC Radio, Press and Journal, Courier, Scotland Food & Drink and Indepenent on Sunday.

We launched the Acoustic Wave portfolio on a shoe-string; websites, promo materials, client relations, marketing. For some entrepreneurs, knowing when and how to promote your fabulous business is effortless. Others may require a little help with anything from creating a web presence and copy-writing, gaining clarity about your business identity and purpose, to simply finding the confidence to contact potential clients! Vicky has been approached by an eclectic mix of start-up entrepreneurs and creatives - clients in graphic design, music industry, skilled trades and fashion design - for consultation on branding, marketing and business strategy. Background
Vicky started her on-air radio career at the age of 16, before moving into a more eclectic role which included presenting, voiceovers, radio production and events. She's secured bookings with countless celebrities, politicians, musicians, comedians and experts. In her role as radio producer, she has also researched materials, recorded and edited guest interviews and written copy for network radio campaigns in collaboration with the Scottish Government, radio scripts, event scripts, entertainment and promotional features. Vicky has produced and/or stage-managed various events; prestigious media awards, pop concerts, music showcases, smaller fundraisers and our own not-for-profit Acoustic Wave Cafe which raises awareness for MCS.
